Elequal Whippets

Thankyou to the following judges during 2014 who thought highly

enough of Connor to place him and deliver the

following critique's:

5th January - Heywood and radcliffe - Judge Marion Hunt

Courthill Crimson Shadow, a heavily marked brindle who you have to

get your hands on to appreciate all his qualities.

His markings make him look too heavy but this is not the case.

The best mover in the class from all angles. Well balanced

with nice head and strong neck, deep chest and strong muscled quarters.

Good bone and excellent feet, strong under jaw.

11th January - Boston - Judge Dawn Mason

Smith’s Courthill Crimson Shadow ShCM Quality brindle dog, a little feminine for me but cannot deny his soundness and type. Lovely head and expression. Correct shoulder and nice topline.

Shown in super condition.

16th January - Manchester - Judge Keith Thornton

Courthill Crimson Shadow, brindle of smaller type.

A good honest whippet, nothing fancy. Nice head, excellent front,

nice bend of stifle and super mover.

5th April - Whippet Club - Judge Johnstone McLeod

Smith's Courthill Crimson Shadow, Quality F/Br that pushed hard for top spot,

presented in gleaming coat and hard condition, masculine head with neat ears,

excellent neck into shoulders, clean front with good fill,  good feet,

correct topline and spring of rib. Sound rear quarters which he used on the move.

A sound honest dog with nothing exagerated.

26th May - Bath Ch Show - Judge Claire Rishworth

Smiths Courthill Crimson Shadow, brindle, ideal for size. Masculine head,

lovely length of neck into correct lay of shoulder. Topline correct and curvy underline.

Well angulated quarters,

Free moving & presented in excellent condition. RCC

20th July - Tongue and District CS - Judge Steve Bradley

C Crimson Shadow, outstanding 2yr+ dog, has great ring presence

& excudes quality. He is typy, well balanced with a strong head

on powerful neck into good shoulder and topline. Good depth of chest

and well ribbed back in hard condition, extended well in front and drove

powerfully from behind. BoB - G1

23rd August - Scottish Kennel Club - Judge Zena Thorn-Andrews (Drakesleat)

1st and CC Smiths Courthill Crimson Shadow ShCM. Smashing dog, i liked his construction,

Muscletone, ideal size for a male, an elegant shapely fit dog who moved

with some power and drive. A lovely quality, typey dog.
